Kathy Lu draws from more than two decades of experience as a manager and leader in journalism to deliver impactful career coaching and organizational design training to create inclusive workplaces.

At the heart of her work is the truth that “we are not thinking creatures who feel; we are feeling creatures who think.” In learning how to have EMPATHY for ourselves, we can then bring more empathy to our interactions with others.

That leads to overall EMPOWERMENT — a sense that because we better understand what motivates us as humans, we can lead ourselves and others to success.

Audiencibility — the ability to know your audience — means having clarity on the message you want to send, the goal you're aiming to achieve and the people who need to hear it so you can have the IMPACT you want.
